Minimums
Minimums in food and beverage vary according to date and time and are listed within the event contract details. This is a minimum requirement not the final food and beverage charge. Minimums do not include rental, ceremony, cash bar totals, tax or gratuity. Ask about low season rates and reduced rates for Sunday and Monday.

Ceremonies
Ceremonies are held in conjunction with catered events and include theater style chair set up, microphone, overhead speakers and multi-disc CD player, ceremony rehearsal and coordination with refreshments. Rehearsal times can be set 2 weeks prior to your date, held during office hours. There will be a $50 charge for rehearsals scheduled before or after office hours.

Garden Court - $300
The patio outside our Creekside rooms opens to a brick paved lush Garden Court
and raised pergola stage along Big Cottonwood Creek. This space when combined
with indoor rooms totals 5,000 square feet and is perfect for an evening ceremony
and reception. Seating up to 150.

Top Deck - $300
Our Top Deck is located on the roof and boasts panoramas of the Wasatch Mountains
and Salt Lake valley. The east facing setting and retractable awnings is perfect for
ceremonies with a view. Seating up to 100.

Earn Gift Certificates
We'll pay you to have your event with us! Our Frequent Diner program awards $25 in gift certificates quarterly for every $350 spent in food. Most evening receptions earn $250+ in gift certificates. Gastronomy's Frequent Diner gift certificates are good toward all purchases at any of our restaurants, private clubs or fresh fish markets and will keep you fed in style long after the reception.

Deposit
A deposit and signed contract is required to guarantee the reservation. Deposit amount will be applied to the final bill. The entire deposit amount will be kept as cancellation charge for parties cancelled with less notice. Cancellation must be in writing by the person paying the deposit for full or partial deposit refund based on reserved space as follows.

A non-refundable, non-transferable $250 deposit will hold your date and allow 7 calendar days to work out the details of your event. All deposit amounts will apply to your final bill.

Payment
Current restaurant sales tax is charged to all taxable items. A 20% service charge is added to the entirety of the event bill. Where this amount is not sufficent to cover labor a minimum amount will be set.
Wedding Receptions and events of 100+ guests require final guest count and full payment due 7 calendar days prior to the event. Wedding events less than 100 guests require final count of guests and full payment 3 business days prior to the event. Beverage charges will be estimated at this time and included on the bill. Additional food quantities and beverage totals will be charged and due at the end of the event. Cash, local check or major credit cards are accepted for payment. We do not accept out-of state checks for final payment. Market Street Grill Cottonwood reserves the right to cancel your event if any deposits or pre-payments are not made at the time due and all payments and deposits made will be forfeited.
