Mahi Mahi Tacos (Yield: 6 tacos) |

Ingredients: 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 2 6-ounce fresh mahi mahi filets 1/4 cup blackening spice ½ teaspoon vegetable oil 6 6-inch flour tortillas ½ cup onion, chopped 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped your favorite salsa Method: Put 2 tablespoons of oil into a heavy skillet over medium-high heat and cook until the oil is hot, but not smoking. Dredge the mahi mahi filets in blackening spice and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, until bronzed on the outside. Set aside. To serve, place a portion of the mahi mahi in the center of each tortilla. Add onion, cilantro, and salsa to taste. ««« Back to Recipe Search page |
