Salmon-Wild Alaska with Margarita Butter (Serves 2) |
| Ingredients: 2 6-ounce salmon filets, boneless and skinless salt and pepper to taste 2 tablespoons olive oil Method: Season the filets with salt and pepper to taste and cook over medium high heat in olive oil for 3 minutes on each side. Remove the filets from the pan and set aside. Margarita Butter 1 pound butter, softened 2 ounces margarita mix 1 teaspoon garlic, minced 1 teaspoon shallots, minced 1 teaspoon black pepper 1/4 bunch cilantro, chopped 1 ounce tequila (optional) To serve: Place the salmon filets on serving plates and top with a dollop of Margarita Butter. ««« Back to Recipe Search page |
