Lobster Scampi (Serves 2) |

Ingredients: 4 tablespoons soft butter 1 tablespoon capers, chopped, with juice pinch of cracked black pepper juice of 1/2 lemon 1/2 teaspoon parsley, chopped 1 1/2 tablespoon Heinz 57 Sauce 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest three 3-4 ounce Maine lobster tails Method: Combine the first seven ingredients and set aside. Split the lobster tails in half lengthwise. Loosen the lobster meat from three-fourths of the tail. Place the lobster tail, meat side down, on the hot barbecue. Cook for 1-2 minutes, turn and brush with the butter mixture, and then cook for 1-2 minutes more. Serve and enjoy. ««« Back to Recipe Search page |
