Market Street Lobster Clambake (Serves One) |
| Ingredients: 1 cup sauterne cooking wine (or plain water) 2 tablespoons butter juice of one lemon dash of salt and pepper 1 lobster claw and ½ lobster tail 8 cockles 8 mussels 3 boiled red potatoes 1 ear of pre-boiled corn 2 tablespoons of chopped shallots Combine all ingredients in a 2-quart saucepan.
