Cucumber-Dill Sauce Market Street (Yield: Approximately 3 cups) |
| Ingredients: 3 large cucumbers 1 cup mayonnaise 1 cup sour cream 2 tablespoons chopped, fresh dill (or 2 teaspoons dried dill weed) ½ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon black pepper Method: Peel and seed the cucumbers and puree in a food processor. Squeeze out juice. Mix together the sour cream and mayonnaise. Add pureed cucumbers. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
