Crab and Avocado Cocktail with Maple Vinaigrette |

Ingredients: 4 ounces King Crab meat 1 avocado 1 teaspoon red onion, minced one-half tomato, wedged lemon slice 2 ounces Maple Vinaigrette Method: Cut the avocado in half, peel, and arrange open-faced on serving plate. Mix together the King Crab, onion, and Maple Vinaigrette. Place a spoonful of the crab mixture on top of the each avocado. Garnish with tomato wedges and lemon slices. Maple Vinaigrette Ingredients: 2 cups vinaigrette dressing ½ cup maple syrup 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped 1 red pepper, chopped 2 hard-boiled egg whites, chopped Combine all ingredients in a food processor. ««« Back to Recipe Search page |
