Clams (Serves 2) |

Ingredients: 2 pounds clams, thoroughly cleaned 1 cup dry white wine, beer, or water 3 tablespoons shallots, minced 1 tablespoon butter parsley, minced Method: Over high heat, place the clams in a 2-quart saucepan along with the shallots and white wine, beer, or water.
