Throughout the year, the Market Street Grill features "the seafood of the season" with special festivals. This is the time when the celebrated seafood is most plentiful and delicious. As many as 20 different preparations are featured on the menu and the festivities offer something for everyone.

Crab Festival
Delectable fresh Crab is served over a dozen delicious ways at lunch and dinner (and even at breakfast at the Market Street Grill/Downtown) during January and February. Select from Snow Crab, fresh whole Oregon Dungeness Crab, Alaska King Crab Legs, Lump Crab, and Rock Crab. You can enjoy fresh crabmeat served hot or cold, in cakes or stuffed, as an appetizer, and as a fresh Crab Louie -- to name just a few of the superb selections. Of course, for the purists, there is nothing more delicious than fres crab simply served steamed or on ice. High in protein and low in fat, it is everyone's favorite! Halibut Festival
During April and May fresh, wild Alaska Halibut is featured on all Market Street menus. Enjoy it served a variety of scrumptious ways at lunch and dinner (and at Breakfast at the Market Street Grill/Downtown). Wild Alaska Halibut is considered the world's finest fin fish and a Utah favorite. In icy, clear waters it develops a lean, firm texture and pure white meat. Only nature can create flavor like this! Alaska Salmon Festival
Wild Alaska Salmon is a featured favorite on Market Street menus commencing early June through August. It's not only delicious, but it's nutritious, too. And Market Street's guests love it -- that's why they enjoy over 500 pounds of fresh salmon daily during the peak of the harvest. Few single foods bring as many valuable contributions to the table in significant quantities as wild Alaska salmon. It's an excellent source of high quality protein, vitamins, minerals and is also a powerful antioxidant. So while you're feasting on wild Alaska Salmon, you'll be getting your vitamins and minerals, too. Our chefs prepare it served several delicious ways at all Market Street restaurants.

Shrimp Festival
Whether they are served chilled on ice, baked and stuffed with crab, or broiled with a tangy barbecue sauce, shrimp are at the top of everyone's list of favorite seafoods. From tiny bay to jumbo peeled -- shrimp is featured during Market Street's Shrimp Festival during October and November. Market Street chefs create a stunning array of shrimp dishes, including Shrimp Cocktail, Deep Fried Shrimp, Buffalo Shrimp, Shrimp Platter, and Shrimp Louie -- just to name a few. Market Street guests are serious about feasting on shrimp -- they enjoy over 200,000 pounds of it annually! For those who are health-conscious, three ounces of cooked shrimp has approximately 60 calories, plus it's a great source of healthy protein. So be sure to ask for shrimp at lunch, dinner, and at Sunday Brunch.
