Menu Planning & Requirements
See specific menus for details and planning requirements. We offer a separate hors d'oeuvre selection to welcome your guests upon arrival. Buffet service available for larger groups. Buffet items will not be packaged to go. All menus must be set no less than 72 hours prior to scheduled function, 30 days prior for parties of 20 +. Current restaurant sales tax is charged to all taxable items. A 20% service charge is added to the entirety of the event bill. Where this amount is not sufficent to cover labor a minimum amount will be set.

Deposit & Cancellation
A deposit and signed contract is required to guarantee the reservation. Deposit amount will be applied to the final bill. The entire deposit amount will be kept as cancellation charge for parties cancelled with less notice. Parties of 21+ that cancel within guarantee dates will be charged 100% of event total, tax and gratuity based on per person price & guarantees. Written cancellation by person paying deposit is required for full or partial deposit refund based on reserved space as follows.

Guarantee & Payment
Final guaranteed counts are due 72 hours prior to event (3 business days) with the balance due at the end of the event. Groups of 100+ require 7-day advance counts as guarantee withy pre payment. Additional quantities, bar, other will be charged and due at the end of the event. Last counts provided will act as guarantee if no update given. You will be charged for your guaranteed count. After guarantee date we can only accept an increase in the expected number of guests. Parties of 20 or less are responsible for 80% of your guaranteed number of guests, (minimum 12 guests), at the following rates: Lunch/Brunch: $16.00 per person, Dinner: $32.00 per person.

Space & Availability
Food & Beverage Minimums may apply in addition to rental. Cash bar totals do not apply to minimums. All Day Meetings may incur additional rental and staffing charges. Private rooms are assigned according to the number of guaranteed guests; changes of room assignment may occur without prior notice to best accommodate all parties. Space permitting we can set up to 10% over guaranteed total with a maximum of 6 additional seats. Dining tables set in addition to this will be charged at $50 per table. Market Street Grill Cottonwood will make the final decision of canopy set up and other outdoor set up based on forecasted weather, up to 48 hours in advance. Changes made to set up within 48 hours may incur additional charges.

Music & Decorations
Music must be pre approved prior to the event with outdoor music to conclude by 10pm. Nothing is to be affixed to the walls; easels available upon request. Flowers or other decorations provided by the restaurant remain restaurant property. See Music/Decoration addendum for further details.

Parking
Daytime events, arriving after 11:30 a.m., Monday thru Friday, may utilize restaurant parking or complimentary valet service, valet not offered Sundays. Breakfast events concluding after 11:30 a.m., Monday thru Friday, may incur valet charge. For evening events, additional parking in our self-park lot located south of the building or Valet Park. Hosts may provide valet parking for guests to be added to the final bill.

Damage and Loss
The Market Street Grill/Cottonwood does not assume responsibility for the damage or loss of any items left prior to or following your event; you will be responsible for the cost of loss or repairs and or any damages from actions of your guests.

Alcohol Service
We are governed by UDABC regulations. We are responsible for monitoring the consumption of all guests and reserve the right to terminate all bar services at any time.
